We have now resolved issues reported with our Android Mobile App. We have identified an issue with our iOS App and are awaiting confirmation from Apple to release the fixed version. We will update with further information as soon as we have confirmation from Apple. If you are experiencing issues with our App we advise you to use the mobile device recording features and upload through the website interface via a browser. We apologise for any inconvenience.
